This Gongdao Bei was handmade by Min Zhi Studio in Jingdezhen, China. It features an earthy tone and a rough, rustic surface. Inside there is a layer of Fenyin (white slip glaze), which creates a great visual contrast with the hand-crafted pattern on the exterior. Both inside and out have been finished with a transparent glaze.

The lip has been crafted so that it pours cleanly and won't drip when drawing back, while the size and shape has been thoughtfully considered so it sits in the hand comfortably.
